At Mehran Collection, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your Mehran Collection account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, we will inspect the garments and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
